Resin Rose 2020 has been officially moved to 2021. Our venue, Monarch Hotel, has decided to cancel the remainder of any large gathering events from now through august to ensure they can continue to adhere to the state of Oregon's health and safety guidelines.
Resin Rose: Fairy Tales will be held on August 13th-15th 2021.
So what is going to happen now?
Regarding Rooms:
Monarch hotel will be canceling all hotel reservations made using the Resin Rose group code. You do not need to call to cancel your hotel reservation if you made the reservation using our group code. if you made a room reservation but did not use our group code please call the monarch hotel at 503-652-1515 to cancel your room.
Regarding Passes and Vendor packages:
All passes and Vendor packages will be transferred to the 2021 show.
If you have already paid in full for your pass or vendor package you do not need to do anything to have your tickets moved. We will be continuing as normal for the 2021 event carrying over layout, merch, planned events and activities, but a year out from now.
If you have not paid in-full for a vendor package, you will have until July 14th to pay your table in full or the spot will be forfeit and you will have to sign up again durring the 2021 sign up period.
If you can not attend the 2021 event, please email us and we will discuss possible options.
