Membership registration for 2023
Purchase a 1, 2 or 3 day pass! 3-Day pass includes Friday evening dinner/opening ceremony and entry into the vendor hall on saturday+sunday 2-Day pass grants entry into the vendor hall on saturday+sunday 1-Day pass grants entry into the vendor hall on either saturday OR sunday. 3-Day pass also includes 1 hour early bird entrance to the Vendor Hall on Saturday, and an Exclusive Swag Bag with goodies! Interested in being a volunteer? We need people willing to commit at least 2 days, with 5 hours/per day. Volunteers who commit to 2 days will be compensated with a 2-day pass. Volunteers who commit to 3 days will be compensated with a 3-day pass. We would prefer people with prior expo/con experience but any may apply. Swap spaces are $10.00 for a space. No members may bring items to sell or trade unless they are vendors or have purchased a swap space. The swap will occur during a specific time. Non-vendors may not sell or trade during non-swap times. No room sales allowed out of respect of other hotel guests. Space is limited. Pre-registration that includes Saturday is required if using the button below. If the swap sells out, we will have a wait list. You may attend the swap to buy items without purchasing a space, only those selling/trading goods need to purchase the swap pass!!
No selling or trading of recast items. Swap members are encouraged to bring change and alternative forms of payment. The swap time will be on Saturday evening.
There is an ATM available on the premises. (The ATM and your bank may charge fees.)

By registering for membership to the 2023 Resin Rose BJD Expo you agree and understand our terms and conditions outlined in the registration form as well as our recast policies. Please contact us if you require a physical mailing address to send in your registration or have any questions.

- Persons under the age of 18 must come with a parent or guardian, please email us at resinrosebjdexpo@gmail.com and include the Temporary Guardian Form with your registration if you are bringing a temporary guardian.
