2025 Coloring Book Page Contest rules and info
We are holding another Resin Rose coloring book contest! We're looking for BJD themed line art to fill the pages of another coloring book run for a fun activity at our convention. Winners will be featured in the coloring book, our website, and social media, as well as have a chance to win some great prizes. All art work must be entirely your original work. Coloring book images should be in line with the years theme, 'Adventures of the Seven Seas'
Entries will be accepted from 12:00pm (PDT) September 14th 2024 until 11:59PM (PDT) on January 31st 2025.

You may enter as many times as you want but you can only win a maximum of one prize.
Prizes:
1st place- One (1) 3 Day pass to Resin Rose and a Resin Rose Eco Bag + Bobobie Elfkin in Pink
2nd place- One (1) 2 Day pass and a Resin Rose Eco Bag
3rd place- One (1) 1 Day pass (your choice of day) and a Resin Rose Eco Bag
All participants get a previous year Resin Rose Eco Bag.
Rules:
1. The Work Must Be Original:
You must be the creator of the art and image file you or your approved representative submit to the competition. Your art must be your own original concept and not a copy of anyone else's copyrighted material. (If your image infringes upon another's copyright it will be disqualified.) Upon submitting your work, to this competition, you are solely responsible for any infringement on copyrighted materials.
2. Images and themes not allowed:
Excessive Gore, Nudity, or images of Pornographic nature.
3. Copyright:
The artist retains all copyrights to their artwork without exception.
4. Non-exclusive Permissions:
By entering this art competition, you are granting us a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork on our Resinrosebjd.com website, in our newsletters, on facebook, Tumblr, Instagram and 2024 coloring book of which this contest is for. Artworks will not be used for any other purpose than that which is stated here. All winning entries will be displayed on the resinrosebjd.com website, through the newsletter, facebook, instagram and tumblr.
5. File Sizes and Formats, and identifying information:
Your images are best represented at 8.5 x 11" and a resolution of 300 dpi. The acceptable file formats are: .jpg and png. Please also include your name, and the name or social handle you'd like to be identified with on the page listing and any social media posts we make.
6. Contest Start/End Date and Judging:
Contest starts on (09/14/2024) at (12:00 PM PDT) and all entries must be submitted by the contest end date on (01/31/2025) at (11:59pm PDT) Any entries submitted after such time will not qualify. Judging and announcement of First, Second and Third place will be announced on/by (02/28/2025). All decisions made by the judges are final.
7. Prizes:
All physical prizes may be picked up at the show.
All passes are redeemable in person or may be applied online with other ticket packages, or used to upgrade to a different number of days (please email [email protected] to redeem online or upgrade your passes). Two and One day pass are transferable to another person. Three day Pass prize value ($89), Two day pass prize value ($49), One Day pass Prize Value ($39), Bag Value ($5). Passes may also be redeemed for a raffle ticket pass of equal value to the specific pass in the event the winner has already purchased a 1,2 or 3-day pass.
8. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
9. No Purchase necessary to enter. You do not need to attend the Resin Rose BJD Expo event to participate.
10. We Reserve the right to modify the contest and prizes at anytime.
