Welcome 2024 Vendors! We're back at the Monarch. if you've been a vendor before you know what the hotel has to offer. for those new to our show the hotel offers a special room rate for both vendors and attendees (the code will be emailed to you once available). The hotel also features a free shuttle to and from the airport for your convenience. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Target and several other shops. There are also many restaurants within walking distance as well as an onsite restaurant and bar. The vendor hall/artist's alley is housed on site inside the monarch hall. The hall has easy access, including loading bay doors in the event larger items need to be brought in. If you require this please let us know so we can coordinate with the hotel on friday. The vendor hall has windows on two sides for excellent natural lighting. |
As of 2023, the overhead lighting is a bit lacking in some areas of the hall and we cannot move or adjust the track lighting. Should you require bright light or direct lighting for your merchandise we suggest you bring small table lamps, clip on lamps or similar lighting. There are wall outlets on each pillar and on the backside walls that face the pool deck. Please bring your own extension cables if you wish to use the outlets. Neither Resin Rose, Nor the Monarch can provide extension cords. There is no sales tax in Oregon. The back parking lot has limited parking, but does allow for unloading/loading If you need to ship merchandise prior to the event, please contact us to arrange to ship it to our post office box. By shipping to our address, the packages will be delivered to the vendor hall Friday before vendor setup begins. Contact us for the address. The Hotel also accepts some packages, please contact the hotel for more information on this. Resin Rose is not responsible for any items shipped to or from the hotel. Electrical hookups - Free , but you MUST supply your own extension cords and power strips. |
Table pricing
2024 Early Bird Vendor table pricing
There is a $10 discount for returning 2023 Resin Rose BJD Expo Vendors.
Vendors who host a panel will receive a 49$ discount
The vendor hall is open both Saturday and Sunday 2024 for sales. Friday afternoon/evening is strictly for setup. There is also a short set up period on Saturday morning before the hall opens for sales.
We do not require our vendors to attend the Friday night opening ceremony/banquet and as such the price is not included in the table price. If you wish to attend you may add on the dinner upgrade to your vendor package.
Basic Table Options:
Vendor Table Sharing Package (Sold Out)
We will not be offering Table Sharing packages this year but if you had a table share in 2023, both tables will be eligible for the $10 returning vendor discount. It is okay to sell items at your table as a consignment service.
Vendor Half Table Share Program: (limited to 8 tables, 2 vendors per table)
This year we are replacing our Vendor table share package with the Vendor half table share program
This option allows smaller vendors to partner together to share a single table. It's a great way for vendors who's product doesn't take up a ton of space, or vendors who sell complementary items!
If you'd like to participate in the Half table share program please fill out this google doc (you can also find it at the bottom of the page, below the standard vendor table application).
Half table share program is open until January 16th or when the 8 tables are full (which ever occurs first)
Upgrade any vendor pass to 3-day pass including banquet -
$55.00 per pass.
Includes an exclusive swag bag and a Friday night banquet with a prize giveaway. Limit 2 passes per table.- Availability based on remaining banquet space.
Maximum of two passes per full table.
We highly encourage vendors to purchase any additional tables they may need in advance, we may not be able to accommodate changes at a later date.
Layaway for Vendor Registration is available for up to 4 months or pay in full by July 16th, 2024 (whichever one comes first) and a deposit of 25%.
