  • 3 Day Pass Badge Pickup Begins 4:30pm down stairs in front of the ballroom (Sandy/Willamette/Clackamas)
  • Meet and Greet 6 pm
  • Dinner Party and Opening Ceremony with raffle prizes 6:30 pm-9PM in the Ballroom
Saturday
Columbia Hall (Vendor Area):
  • 8:00-9:30 AM Final Vendor setup
  • 9:30-10:30 AM Vendor Hall open to 3-day pass holders
  • 10:15 AM- 5:00PM Badge pick up for ALL passes
  • 10:30 AM Vendor hall Open to all applicable pass holders
  • 10:30-11:30 AM Contest Entry Drop Off
  • 4-4:30PM Contest Entry Pick Up

Saturday Night Swap Meet! - Clackamas Room
Saturday night we will be hosting a swap meet. Everybody with a 3 day, 2 day, and Saturday pass can attend the swap. To sell at the swap online pre-registration is encouraged and spaces will be $10. Swap space are one table per person. Limited to 40 spaces. Any unsold spaces may be available to purchase at the door or during registration at the event. Swap meet room location will be in the Clackamas Room and time is 6:20PM.
Sunday Night Charity Raffle!
Raffle Tickets may be purchased all weekend, however you MUST be attending on SUNDAY to win. We will not be shipping the items. Please note if you have Saturday only passes and buy raffle tickets, you will have to have a Sunday pass as well to win.
