Hotel Room Block InfoThe Resin Rose BJD Expo will be hosting a three day convention August 2025 (August 8th-10th) in Clackamas Oregon at the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center. The hotel features free parking, as well as a free shuttle to and from the airport for your convenience. It is also close to the Trimet MAX green line, a mall, and I205. There is a target and shopping center within walking distance with multiple food options. The Hotel also has a full service bar and restaurant.
2025 Room Rates 148$ for King/double 158$ for triple 168$ for quad We have to fill a minimum number of rooms per our contract with the hotel, So please reserve your room with the block link available. The room block rates will be available three days before and three days after the show based on space availability. If the room block sells out fast, we will work with the hotel to try and secure more rooms. Reservations must be received the cut off date of July 10, 2025 to count for the group rate. It is highly encouraged to reserve your room early. We sold completely booked out the hotel in 2024 and our initial room block went fast! We will work with the hotel to expand the room block if it sells out early again; however, we cannot guarantee they will have the rooms available the closer we get to the event. You can switch the code type by clicking on the "Special Codes or Rates" drop down on the reservation page and then switching from "promo" to "group" using the box on the left.

Attention!!There is currently a scam going around through email trying to sell special room rates for our event, either at the Monarch or surrounding hotels. Resin Rose is not currently offering any room rate deal with any hotel other than the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center beyond the special room rate deal you can get using our special group code. You can only get the special room rates at the Monarch hotel by using the group code at their website OR by calling them directly and mentioning the code. We have provided links and phone numbers for Monarch to the left and below. Resin Rose and the Monarch hotel will never contact you to offer special deals/rates for the hotel, or surrounding hotels.
