2025 Member & Volunteer Registration

                 Membership 
Purchase a 1, 2 or 3 day Membership pass to attend. Door passes will also available at the event for 2, 1 and 1/2 day only.
3-Day pass includes: Friday evening dinner/opening ceremony and entry into the vendor hall on Saturday+Sunday 
 and access to all free/open events/classes, the swap meet & PJ Party. Dinner is a brunch menu served buffet style. It includes a made to order omelet bar.
2-Day pass includes: entry into the vendor hall on saturday+sunday, and access to all free/open events/classes, the swap meet & PJ Party.
1-Day pass includes: entry into the vendor hall on either saturday OR sunday.

3-Day pass also includes 1 hour early bird entrance to the Vendor Hall on Saturday, and an Exclusive Swag Bag with goodies!

Children under 16 are free on Saturday and Sunday as long as they are accompanied by an Adult. 
Volunteer Applications will open at a later date!
Interested in being a volunteer?
​We need people willing to commit at least 2 days, with 5 hours/per day, 10 hours minimum to qualify for passes.
Volunteers who commit to 2 days will be compensated with a 2-day pass.
Volunteers who commit to 3 days will be compensated with a 3-day pass.

We would prefer people with prior expo/con experience but any may apply.

Join the SWAP!
50/50 spaces sold. 
Swap spaces are $15.00 for a 6'X3-" table space, a table cloth is provided by the hotel.
Please read the rules below
  • Each person is limited to one swap table.
  • Swap tables may be shared by no more than 2 people.
  • Only people with swap tables may sell items.
  • No selling or trading of recast items.
  • Any doll related items may be brought to sell/trade (Ex: Barbie, Monster High, etc.)
  • Swap Tables will have 1 chair per table. You will not be able to request additional chairs. The hotel staff may have extra chairs available to use in the room, but it is not guaranteed.
  • You may share your swap space with 1 other person. This can be a helper or another person selling items at the table. There can only be 2 people behind a table at 1 time.
  • The swap will take place on Saturday evening after the classes and vendor hall closes. Exact times will be announced closer to the event.
  • Please do not move the tables or the chair behind the tables.
  • ​You must have a Vendor Pass, 3-day Pass, 2-day Pass or 1-day Saturday Pass to purchase a Swap Table.
  • Vendors may also purchase a swap table, but your items must be different than your vendor table (Ex: your 2nd hand items that aren’t sold on your vendor table).
  • Please be ready to set up your tables at the beginning of the swap meet time (schedule will be released closer to the event). If you are not there within 10 minutes of set up time, your spot may go to someone on the wait list.​
  • You must be ready to vacate your swap spot by the end of the swap meet. (Ex: If the swap meet ends at 8:30pm and it takes 30 minutes to tear down your swap table, you must begin tear down by 8:00). The room will be used for another event and the staff needs time to transition the rooms. We do not know what room the staff will use until the night of the event. (swap time schedule will be released closer to the event)
  • You do not need to keep your table open the whole time. You may close your table early.
  • Anyone with a Vendor Pass, 3-day, 2-day, 1-day Saturday pass may attend the swap meet as part of their pass admission. Those attending the swap meet may bring items to trade, but please keep your items to the size of a tote bag (16”x12”x6 “or smaller, this is the size of the Resin Rose Tote Bag).
  • No Doll Strollers or Doll Wagons are allowed during swap times. The aisles will be too chaotic.
  • No Room sales are allowed out of respect of other hotel guests.
  • Resin Rose and the Hilton Garden Inn are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep an eye on your merchandise.
  • If swap tables sell out, a waiting list will be started. There will be a maximum of 5 people on the waitlist. ​
VIP PJ Party Pass!

The PJ party for Saturday night just got an upgrade! We're offering VIP PJ party passes this year which include the following goodies: 2 beverage tickets (Beer, Wine or Soda) 1 trip to the Charcuterie board and Desserts station and an entry into the VIP only raffle drawing for a doll.
Prize is TBD

VIP Passes are limited to 30,* Price of Ticket is $40.00
VIP Ticket sales end July 15th!

The PJ party is open to anyone with a valid Saturday pass (3,2 or 1 day sat. passed) for free. The PJ Party includes games with prizes outside of the VIP raffle.

The bar will also be open to non VIP for drink purchases. The bar accepts cash or card.


​*If less that 12 VIP passes are sold, the VIP portion of the event will be canceled due to hotel minimums. Those who purchased VIP tickets will receive a refund of the VIP pass cost in the event this occurs. The PJ party will still go as planned without the VIP additions.

By registering for membership to the 2025 Resin Rose BJD Expo you agree and understand our terms and conditions outlined in the registration form as well as our recast policies. Please contact us if you require a physical mailing address to send in your registration or have any questions.

We can also invoice you manually via PayPal. If you are in a group or registering where the payer is different from the attendee, make a note of that in the comments section of the online form or in the body of your email.


  •  Persons under the age of 18 must come with a parent or guardian, please email us at [email protected] and include the Temporary Guardian Form with your registration if you are bringing a temporary guardian. ​
